How does my offer connect to email campaigns and the AI?
Your offer is read as context by the AI across the platform — Cold Email Agent uses it to shape sequences, AI SDR...
The offer you build with Offer Creator is workspace-scoped context. It's not attached to any single campaign — instead, the Cold Email Agent and the AI SDR both read it when they generate copy or replies in this workspace.
That's why running multiple distinct offers in one workspace gets messy: every campaign in the workspace is touched by the same offer context.
Where your offer is used
| Feature | How it uses the offer |
|---|---|
| Cold Email Agent — sequence generation | The AI writes subject lines, openers, and value props with your offer's positioning and promised outcome in mind. |
| Cold Email Agent — variants | Variant copy stays on-offer, not off-topic. |
| AI SDR — replies | Objection responses lean on the offer's pricing ballpark and delivery promises. |
| AI SDR — Knowledge Base | Your offer seeds the KB defaults (who you help, the outcome, typical timelines). You can edit the KB separately. |
| Growth Plan Creator | Uses the offer as baseline context when building plans for specific prospects. |
How updates flow
If you change your offer in Offer Creator:
- New campaigns created afterwards pick up the new offer automatically.
- Existing campaigns already running keep their already-generated copy. The AI SDR uses the updated offer on new replies immediately; existing sequences don't regenerate.
- AI SDR Knowledge Base doesn't auto-update from offer edits — you update it separately if the offer's details have changed.
When to regenerate vs edit
| Situation | Do this |
|---|---|
| Small wording change in the offer | Leave existing campaigns. Update the KB with the change. |
| Big repositioning or new target audience | Build a new workspace rather than editing the offer mid-flight. |
| Pricing change | Update the KB's pricing entries. Don't rely on the offer to flow through to the AI. |
The offer is the source, not the runtime
Think of your Offer Creator output as a briefing document the AI reads at the start of each task. It's not a live feed — changing the offer mid-campaign doesn't retroactively rewrite already-sent emails.
