Can I run multiple offers for different businesses?
Whether you can run multiple offers for different businesses, plus the safest next step.
A workspace is the isolation unit. If you're selling distinct offers to distinct audiences — different industries, different price points, different brands — run each one in its own workspace.
The alternative (one workspace, multiple offers) almost always causes problems with the AI SDR and the CRM.
Why separate workspaces beat one-workspace-many-offers
| Aspect | Separate workspaces | One workspace, mixed offers |
|---|---|---|
| AI SDR Knowledge Base | Tuned to one offer, clean context | Context bleed — prospect for offer A gets an answer partly based on offer B's KB |
| Campaign performance metrics | Clean per-offer benchmarks | Metrics mixed — you can't tell which offer is pulling the numbers |
| CRM hygiene | One pipeline, one sales flow | Contacts collide if the same email is targeted under multiple offers |
| Branding on sent email | Per-workspace sender identity | Always one brand voice regardless of offer |
| Billing clarity | Per-workspace cost lines | Hard to cost-allocate against a specific offer |
Setup per offer
- Click your workspace name (top-left) → + New Workspace.
- Name it after the offer or client (e.g. "ACME SaaS outreach", not "workspace 2").
- Complete Onboarding for that workspace: website, business type, sales method, and primary bottleneck.
- Buy or assign domains/inboxes in that workspace.
- Build campaigns inside that workspace only.
Every workspace requires a Pro plan subscription. See How many workspaces does my plan include? for what's included.
When one workspace actually is fine
- You sell one core offer with minor packaging variants (e.g. a $5k/mo, $10k/mo, $25k/mo version of the same service).
- Your sequences, KB content, and sales flow are essentially the same across variants.
In this case, a single campaign with segmented audiences works better than one campaign per variant.
Don't split too early
Splitting into workspaces prematurely means you maintain multiple KBs, multiple calendar connections, and multiple settings for something that's basically one thing. Only split when the audiences, positioning, or AI behaviour actually need to diverge.
