Why don't my Dashboard totals match per-campaign numbers?
Why don't my Dashboard totals match per-campaign numbers, and what to check next.
The Dashboard date filter defaults to the last 30 days. Campaign pages can show a different slice of data, especially when you are comparing against all-time campaign totals. That's almost always why the two don't match.
Contacted Leads counts unique leads contacted, not emails sent — so a 500-lead campaign with 4 follow-up steps still shows 500 contacted leads, not 2,000 emails.
How to make them line up
- Open the Dashboard.
- In the top-right, change the date filter to All time.
- Compare against the stat cards at the top of Cold Email Agent.
The numbers should get closer. Small differences can still happen if campaign pages and the Dashboard are reading different reporting sources or if recent provider data has not finished syncing.
Other reasons numbers can look off
| Cause | What to check |
|---|---|
| Wrong workspace | Top-left workspace selector — if you run outreach across multiple workspaces, confirm you're looking at the right one. |
| Mid-send campaigns | A campaign still working through its sequence will keep adding to Contacted Leads as new leads get their first email. |
| Archived or hidden campaigns | The Dashboard counts campaigns that are still visible to the workspace dashboard. Archived or hidden campaigns are not reliable comparison points. |
If you've ruled those out and the totals still don't add up, reach out through Feedback in the bottom-left sidebar, or the chat bubble if it is visible.
