Where do I find my bounce rate and bounced emails?

Bounce rateBounce rate isn't on the main Dashboard — it lives inside each campaign.

See the bounce rate for a campaign

1. Open the campaign from Cold Email Agent in the left sidebar.
2. Click the Leads tab at the top.
3. The bounce percentage shows in the header alongside other campaign stats.

See the actual bounced emails

1. Go to your Inbox.
2. Use the status filter to select Bounced.
3. Each thread links to the lead record so you can remove them from future campaigns.

Export the bounced list

1. Open the campaign → Leads tab.
2. Apply the bounce filter (hasBounced = true in advanced filters, or the bounce status toggle).
3. Click Export CSV at the top of the Leads table.
4. The download contains only bounced leads from this campaign.

There's no single workspace-wide "all bounces across all campaigns" export — you export one campaign at a time.

If your bounce rate is climbing

Keep bounce rate under 3%. Above 5% and your sender reputation takes a hit — Gmail and other providers start flagging mail from your domainGmail and other providers start flagging mail from your domain. If you're creeping above 3%, pause the campaign and verify the list before sending more.
