Where did my sample data go?
Dashboard sample data disappears once a real campaign exists or after you clear the sample data banner.
Dashboard sample data only appears while the workspace has no real campaigns and the sample data banner has not been cleared. While sample data is showing, the date range picker is disabled, so a date range change is not what removes it from the Dashboard.
Why it disappears
- You clicked Clear Sample Data in the Dashboard banner.
- The workspace now has a real campaign, even if that campaign is still being reviewed or prepared.
- You are looking at a different workspace in the workspace selector.
Once real data replaces it, sample data is gone
Once sample data is dismissed or replaced by a real campaign, it cannot be regenerated from the Dashboard. Use the workspace selector at the top left to confirm you are in the right workspace, then check Cold Email Agent for the real campaign that replaced the demo view.
