Where are my campaigns?
Campaigns live under Cold Email Agent in the left sidebar — not the Dashboard.
Your campaigns aren't on the Dashboard — they live in their own section.
- Click Cold Email Agent in the left sidebar (paper-plane icon).
- The campaign list opens — every campaign in the current workspace appears here.
- Click any campaign name to open its detail page. The tabs are Analytics, AI Agent, Leads, Sequences, and Options.
If Cold Email Agent isn't showing in your sidebar
- Cold Email Agent is not enabled for your workspace or role. Ask a workspace admin to check your enabled features and member permissions. If the workspace uses an ads-only configuration, contact support to switch it to the B2B services toolset. See Why are CRM and Cold Email Agent missing from my sidebar?
- You're on a Legacy Pro plan, which doesn't include Cold Email Agent. Upgrade to the standard Pro plan from Settings → Billing to unlock it.
