There are two tabs at the top of the form:

| Manual Input | You fill in 8 text fields across 2 steps about your background, results, and network. |
| From Transcript | You upload a call recording (MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG - up to 250MB) or paste a transcript. The AI pulls out the details for you. |
Both methods produce the same kind of output.
