HIRING PORTAL · FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I edit my profile or booking link after submitting?
Whether you can edit my profile or booking link after submitting, plus the safest next step.
Once your Hiring Portal profile is approved and listed, there isn't a self-serve editor today. To update any field — including your booking link, skills, description, or headshot — you'll need to ask support.
How to request an edit
- Open Feedback in the bottom-left sidebar, or the chat bubble if it is visible.
- Type human agent to route past the AI assistant.
- Include:
- The email you submitted your profile with
- Which field to change (e.g. "booking link" or "skills list")
- The new value
Updates usually go live within a business day.
Common reasons to edit
| Reason | What to say |
|---|---|
| Booking link changed (new Calendly / Cal.com / Google booking page) | "Update my booking link from X to Y" |
| Moved agencies or got a new title | "Update my company / title" |
| Added a new specialty you want to be findable for | "Add {new skill} to my skills" |
| Dropped a specialty you no longer offer | "Remove {old skill}" |
Keep in mind
- Edits that materially change what you offer may go back through the approval step (so leads don't land on a profile that doesn't match what you actually do).
- If your profile is still pending approval, you can't edit it — but you can request a withdraw-and-resubmit if you need to make a big change before it goes live.
Keep a master copy
Since you can't self-serve edit, keep a doc with your current profile text so you can paste updates cleanly when requesting changes. A lot of small edits over time drift the tone of the profile if each one is written fresh.
